Il Pacchetto GT2 di Assetto Corsa Competizione presenta la potenza superiore dei veicoli GT2 ai piloti della simulazione, unendola al circuito Red Bull Ring che crea lo sfondo perfetto. Le automobili GT2 sono la nuova classe Gran Turismo di SRO Motorsports Group. La classe si inserisce tra la GT4 e la GT3 dal punto di vista delle prestazioni in pista. Questi veicoli sono rinomati per la grande potenza, che li rende estremamente difficili e divertenti da controllare grazie al pacchetto aerodinamico meno invasivo rispetto alla classe GT3.
Il circuito Red Bull Ring è uno dei più difficoltosi d'Europa ed è conosciuto per le tante corse a 2 e a 4 ruote che vi hanno luogo. È particolarmente impegnativo per via della sequenza di curve ad altissima velocità verso la fine e per i 3 punti di frenata cruciali. Questo circuito è perfetto per le corse GT e per vivere un'esperienza che non smetterà mai di emozionarvi.
In concomitanza con questo pacchetto, i giocatori di Assetto Corsa Competizione avranno anche il pacchetto di livree del 2023, disponibile per tutti i giocatori lo stesso giorno di questo DLC.
