- Nuove abilità per i soldati: costruisci il Laboratorio genetico per migliorare le abilità fisiche degli agenti come il petto, il cervello, gli occhi, la pelle e le gambe, oppure il Laboratorio cibernetico per costruire il Mechanized Exoskeletal Cybersuit, o MEC. La nuova classe di soldati MEC possiede abilità specializzate e ogni tuta può essere potenziata con nuove armi, come il lanciafiamme e il lanciagranate.

- Nuove sfide tattiche e nuove mappe: operazioni furtive e di spionaggio offrono nuove sfide tattiche su oltre 40 nuovi campi di battaglia.
- Nuove mappe multiplayer, unità e abilità: crea la tua squadra personalizzata scegliendo da una vasta gamma di opzioni e domina l'avversario in intensi scontri uno contro uno a turni.
