このHearts of Iron IV用カントリーパックは、黒海およびエーゲ海周辺の各小国に、それぞれ専用の国家方針ツリーを追加します。ブルガリア、ギリシャ、トルコは、ボスポラス海峡およびダーダネルス海峡の戦略的シーレーンを支配しようとする大国の企てに抵抗し、それぞれの独自の歴史の道や、史実とは異なる歴史の道を描くことができます。

Hearts of Iron IV: Battle for the Bosporusに含まれる機能:

ブルガリアの国家方針ツリー：分断された国土で各派閥のバランスを取るか、1919年に失われた領土を取り戻すか。史実通りにドイツと同盟するか、ツァール・ボリスへのドイツの圧力に抵抗し、自由なブルガリアのために立ち上がるか。
ギリシャの国家方針ツリー：政治的な分裂によって引き裂かれたギリシャの中立は、物議を醸すメタクサスによって維持されている。ジョージ2世の指導の下に連合国との強固な関係を構築するか、超保守主義からファシズムへの道を辿るか、東方のギリシャ帝国の栄光を復古させるか。
