Painkillerは伝説のシリーズを現代的に再構築しており、最大3人の協力プレイとオフラインプレイが楽しめる。細部まで作り上げられたゴシック世界で、悪魔の大群と巨大な恐怖に立ち向かえ。
君は煉獄に留められ、天国に対する罪を宣告された。しかし、創造主の声によって君に贖罪の機会が与えられた。君はチャンピオンの一人として、地球に悪魔の軍団を解き放とうとしている堕天使アザゼルを止めなければならない。敵の大群、独自の力を持つ悪魔たち、そしてアザゼルの恐ろしい3人の子供であるネフィリムと対決せよ！
君は使命を果たして、救済を勝ち取ることができるだろうか？
戦場は煉獄。巨大なワールドをジャンプし、ダッシュし、フックで引っ掛けて移動しつつ、お馴染みの武器と新しい武器で敵と戦おう。
グロテスクな恐怖が待つ: 普通サイズの悪魔の群れと巨大な恐怖までの様々な敵に挑め。
ペインを解き放て: タロットを活用して自分の能力を強化し、他のプレイヤーとタロットを組み合わせて敵を壊滅させよう。
よく考えてキャラクターを選ぼう。インク、ヴォイド、ソル、ロックの4人の個性的なキャラクターの一人となってプレイし、エネルギー、体力、パワー、ダメージに効果をもたらす固有能力を活かそう。
ローグエンジェルモード – メインキャンペーンの外に足を踏み出し、煉獄の新たな領域に踏み込もう。フレンドと協力して手作りのランダムアリーナで戦い、生き延びろ。
