2023 TT Races Roster DLCには、2023 TT（6月開催）のレースに参加し、「スーパースポーツ」と「スーパーバイク」のカテゴリーでしのぎを削ったライダーとバイクのアップデートが含まれている。
2023 TT Races Roster DLCでは、ジョシュ・ブルックスやデイビッド・ジョンソン、P-Y ビアンをはじめとする11人の追加ライダーをプレイすることができる。本DLCには合計で29人のライダー、および彼らの2023 Tourist Trophyカラー（ヘルメット、レザー）が含まれている。また、マイケル・ダンロップとFHO レーシングが手掛けたものを含む、43種類の新たなリバリーも同梱。今年23回目のレースで勝利を掴んだマイケル・ダンロップが跨ったバイクだ。
