戦争は白熱し、星は欲にまみれたOrkの将軍Gorgutzによって包囲されてしまう。Eldarの預言者Machaは、Space Marineの凄腕指揮官Gabriel Angelosとともに立ちがる。生き残りを賭けた戦いに、地位は関係ない！
巨人を解き放て
高くそびえる戦争兵器を操り「Dawn of War」史上最大のキャラを使って勝利を自分のものにしよう。パワフルなImperial Knight（Space Marine）、騒々しい Gorkanaut（Ork）、そして恐ろしいWraithknight （Eldar）を使って、戦いの形勢を一変させよう。

破壊的能力
パワフルなスーパー能力で戦場に大破壊をもたらそう。Space Marineの"Orbital Bombardment”や、Eldarの"Eldritch Storm"、またはOrkの"Rokks"を使って、油断しているライバルに破壊の雨を降らせよう。
３派閥の争い
色々なミッションをトライして、Space Marine、Orks、そしてEldar、それぞれがもっとも得意とする戦法を発見しよう。この宇宙には敵も味方もない。あるのは戦争だけ...
