Met de Premium Customization Track Vol. 2 kun je verschillende aanpassingsitems en beloningen verdienen door voortgang te boeken en levels te behalen.
Je kunt extra beloningen krijgen die niet in de Customization Track (gratis) zitten, zoals avatars en huisdieren, en verschillende andere items zoals ingesproken video's die tijdens belangrijke scènes worden afgespeeld (zoals arrestaties) en naamplaatjes voor bijeenkomsten.
