De Psionic Plane is uitgestrekt en vol gevaren. Shadows of the Shroud biedt een volledige herziening van het Psionic Ascension-pad en is de ultieme uitbreiding voor wie het onbekende wil leren kennen. Moreel handelen, trouw aan een beschermer en het altijd aanwezige gevaar van totale vernietiging bepalen nu je connectie met de entiteiten die aan de andere kant leven.
The Machine Age herdefinieerde de Synthetic en Cybernetic Ascension. BioGenesis hervormt de Biological Ascension. Shadows of the Shroud maakt de trilogie af met een uitgebreide revisie van de Psionic Ascension in Stellaris.
Belangrijkste kenmerken:
Bewandel je eigen weg in de Shroud
- De Shroud doorbreken gebeurt in drie stappen. Je beslissingen bepalen het spirituele lot van je rijk en je afstemming op specifieke beschermers in de Shroud.
- Nadat je de Shroud hebt doorbroken, heb je toegang tot een nieuw Shroud-venster waar je visueel je afstemming op de Shroud kunt analyseren. Hoe meer je afstemt op specifieke beschermers, des te meer voordelen en bonussen je ontgrendelt.
End of the Cycle vernieuwd
- Krachten, kennis en onmetelijke rijkdom liggen voor het grijpen en je weet al wat het kost. Maar je kunt het onvermijdelijke uitstellen en nog meer voordelen binnenhalen met dit raadselachtige pact.*
Psionic aura's
- De Shroud-afstemming van je rijk manifesteert zich in de ruimte en beïnvloedt je stelsels, en je vrienden, en je vijanden. Tenzij de Mindwarden Enclave je macht inperkt.
Stellaris: Shadows of the Shroud bevat ook nieuwe Origins, bestuursvormen, regeringstypen, events, portretten, schepen... en meer!
*De End of the Cycle blijft beschikbaar voor spelers die Utopia bezitten. Shadows of the Shroud geeft ook toegang tot dit onderdeel (als je Utopia niet bezit) en exclusieve nieuwe content die erop voortbouwt.
