"Elke dag zijn er weer duizenden burgers die zichzelf op nieuwe en amusante manieren bezeren. We moeten deze mensen helpen, maar hoe? Een traditionele ambulance maakt geen schijn van kans met de hedendaagse gevaren, maar gelukkig weten de slimmeriken van de County precies wat er nodig is!"
Maak kennis met Gretchen Gearbox, monteur en uitvindster eersteklas, vriendin van alle zieken en door bijen gestoken mensen. Gebruik Gretchens ontwerpen om een vloot innovatieve en onconventionele ambulances te bouwen en managen, specifiek ontworpen voor allerlei soorten noodsituaties. Ga offroad met de Big Healer of stouw de Pantomobile lachwekkend vol. Vlieg in tijdloze stijl met de Relicopter of ga in alle privacy op je hurken met de Airloovator.
Nu concurrerende ziekenhuizen met hun eigen nieuwe ambulance-alternatieven de straat op gaan, zul je moeten racen om de winst... euh, ik bedoel de patiënten op te pikken. Start je motoren, poets je stethoscoop op en moge het snelste ziekenhuis winnen!
