Pakiet DLC „Dechala Wzgardzona” wprowadza czempionkę Slaanesha, Dechalę, jako legendarnego lorda w Imperiach Nieśmiertelnych i własnych bitwach. Dechala zaczyna w Ukrytej Przystani w Ostępach Kataju, skąd dowodzi Dręczycielami w okrutnym, dekadenckim i agresywnym stylu.
Dechala od wieków toczy niekończącą się wojnę bólu i rozkoszy. Jej ciało przypomina demonicznego węża, a w sześciu rękach dzierży miecze, którymi zadaje śmiercionośne ciosy. To uosobienie piękna i koszmaru – prawdziwa esencja Slaanesha, która inspiruje oddanych do spełniania jej woli z pełną gorliwością i okrucieństwem. Przejęte osady można zmienić w:

- Twierdza Dręczycieli: pozwala rekrutować oddziały, zapewnia infrastrukturę i obronę.

- Znaki Mściwości: premie bitewne
- Obfite Dary: pomocnicy
- Wyśmienite Łupy: rytuały zapewniające premie podczas kampaniiNowe jednostki

- Lord: Lord Czarownik Chaosu Slaanesha
- Legendarny bohater: Styrkaar z Sortsvinaer
- Bohaterowie: Pomazaniec druchii, Wzniosły Bohater Slaanesha
