Pakiet DLC „Golgfag Maneater” do Total War: WARHAMMER III wprowadza do gry jednego z najbardziej rozchwytywanych ogrzych najemników, Golgfaga Ludożercę, jako grywalnego legendarnego lorda, oraz szereg nowych jednostek bojowych, mechanik rozgrywki i celów strategicznych – a wszystko to w ramach tytanicznej kampanii Imperiów Nieśmiertelnych lub własnych bitew.
Golgfag to zaprawiony w bojach weteran, który w toku swej bujnej kariery najemnika przemierzył świat wzdłuż i wszerz, poznając rozmaite kontynenty wraz z zamieszkującymi je kulturami. Mało jest na tym padole wrogów, którym dotąd nie stawił czoła. Za odpowiednią cenę przyjmie każdą robotę, od zabójstwa po kradzież dowolnego celu. Jego lojalność można jedynie kupić – i to tylko na czas trwania kontraktu. Awanturniczy i chojracki Golgfag jest również znanym koneserem piwa Bugmana.
Mechanika kampanii:
- Kontrakty najemnicze: Jako światowej sławy najemnik Golgfag pomaga rozmaitym klientom z całego świata WARHAMMERA w rozwiązywaniu wszelkich zbrojnych konfliktów, angażując się w toczone przez nich wojny. Po podpisaniu kontraktu przez określoną liczbę tur musi zdobywać punkty, prowadząc agresywne działania wymierzone we wrogów klientów. Kiedy osiągnie docelowy limit punktów, wypełnia powierzony kontrakt, otrzymując zapłatę oraz dodatkowe nagrody: mięso, sztandary ludożerców czy unikalnych pomocników, specyficznych dla każdej z kultur.
Styl gry:
- Golgfag nie zapracował na swoją reputację okazując litość – na polu bitwy zawsze dopilnuje, by każdy głupiec, który staje mu na drodze, rychło pożałował swojej decyzji. Jako doświadczony spec od eliminowania piechoty przerzyna się przez szeregi nieprzyjaciół niczym ostry nóż przez zjełczałe masło. Dodatkowo może korzystać ze śmiercionośnych umiejętności, takich jak „Sokole oko” pozwalające mu wystrzelić pojedynczą salwę, która z daleka zadaje znaczne obrażenia przebijające pancerz.
Nowe jednostki:
- Do zaciężnej brygady Golgfaga dołączają nowe jednostki, takie jak legendarny bohater Bragg Rozpruwacz, samozwańczy kat w służbie Królestw Ogrów, a także Sakwiarz ogrów, Twardziel, Ludożercy Golgfaga, Świńscy Jeźdźcy, Krwawe Sępy, Yeti i Gromokły.
