O pack de DLC Golgfag Maneater para o Total War: WARHAMMER III apresenta um dos mercenários Ogre mais bem sucedidos de sempre, Golgfag Maneater, como Lorde Lendário jogável juntamente com um grande leque de novas unidades de batalha, mecânicas de jogo e objetivos para descobrir na imensa campanha Immortal Empires ou em Custom Battles.
Golfgag é um veterano experiente e há poucos inimigos no mundo que ainda não tenha enfrentado, tendo participado em campanhas em continentes e por entre culturas de todo o mundo. Ele aceita qualquer trabalho, mata quem for preciso e rouba qualquer coisa desde que o preço seja certo, e a sua lealdade está à venda, durando apenas até ao fim do contrato atual. Exuberante e ruidoso, Golgfag também é um dos maiores apreciadores da cerveja de Bugman.
Mecânica da campanha:
- Mercenary Contracts: sendo um mercenário com reputação internacional, Golgfag ajuda clientes de todo o mundo do WARHAMMER a resolverem as suas disputas militares ao combater em todas as guerras em que estão envolvidos. Quando um contrato é assinado, ele tem de ganhar pontos ao cometer atos de agressão contra o inimigo dentro de um limite de turnos específico e após alcançar o seu alvo o contrato é completo, concedendo um pagamento e recompensas como carne, estandartes Maneater e Ancillaries únicos a cada cultura.
Estilo de jogo:
- Uma reputação temível como a de Golgfag não é criada ao exibir misericórdia, e no campo de batalha ele assegura-se que todos aqueles que se cruzam no seu caminho saem arrependidos. Ele supera-se como uma unidade anti-infantaria e desbasta os inimigos como uma faca afiada em manteiga mole do Velho Mundo, mas também tem acesso a algumas habilidades mortíferas como o Dead Eye, que lhe permite desferir um potente disparo com a sua pistola e que provoca danos significativos de longo alcance e de perfuração de armadura.
Novas unidades:
- As novas unidades que se juntam à brigada mercenária de Golgfag incluem o Herói Lendário Bragg the Gutsman, o autoproclamado carrasco dos Ogre Kingdoms, e também Ogre Paymaster, Bruiser, Golgfag’s Maneaters, Pigback Riders, Blood Vultures, Yhetees e Thundertusk.
