向噪音与污染说再见，并迎接人行道、无车区域和现代广场。现在就利用这个不会损坏环境的扩展包升级您的城市吧！
人行道：让市民在仅限行人的街道上自在行走！在城市中放置人行道，并打造去除大多数车辆与噪音污染的崭新环保城市中心。
步行区与新政策：为城市启用三项区域性政策，包含减速驾驶：对步行区内除了公路以外的所有道路设下 20 公里的时速限制。禁糖令：提高步行区市民的平均寿命，但是降低平均幸福度。街道音乐：提高商业步行区的平均幸福度并增加噪音污染。
专业特区：我们加入了 3 个新的专业特区：办公室、高密度住宅区与高密度商业区。为区域设置专业会影响该区域中所有会产生建筑的地区格，这些建筑会有不同的外观与游戏效果。每个分区提供 24 种新的现代连栋大楼！
城市服务设施：服务设施十分重要，那么来点有着超棒外型的服务设施如何呢？配合这些建筑的视觉风格来将它们连接到步行区，并提供可提高平均幸福度 (成功的步行区的主要指标之一) 的服务。
