弹簧陷阱是半血肉半金属的怪物，由于曾夺去过很多无辜者的生命，他的过去可谓沾满血污。他可怕的发明提醒着人们，在这残酷的外表之下是一位杰出的发明家，他的造物曾给不幸的观众带来过欢笑与尖叫。
弹簧陷阱力量：恐怖费斯熊
电动玩偶能发射一枚强大的射弹嵌入逃生者的身体，使其能成为可怕的近距离抓取攻击的目标。逃生者会陷入不治、浑然不觉状态且无法治疗，直到移除射弹。
有惊无险会让杀手本能高亮显示逃生者，持续一小段时间。你可以自动将射弹召回自己手中。
地图特色：安保门和房间
对局开始时，7扇安保门会生成在地图各处。弹簧陷阱和逃生者可以进入这些门。
作为弹簧陷阱进入安保门时，你将看到地图上所有安保门的气场。你可以从任意一扇门离开，实现在地图上快速移动。若你离开后进入了其中有逃生者的房间，则能将其立即抓取。
逃生者进入安保门时，就会进入一间独特的监控室。在那里，他们能循环切换地图上的每个摄像头，打开/关闭门，并从任意一扇门离开。
全部逃生者共用一定的电量，电量影响其与门和摄像头互动的能力。当电量为零时，他们将无法进入安保门，直到重新充电。
弹簧陷阱拥有3项新技能。
求助信息：
破坏发电机后，该发电机进入侵入状态。当侵入发电机被修理完成后，你普通攻击的冷却时间缩短，持续一段时间。
幻影恐惧：
在你恐惧范围内的逃生者看向你时，其会发出尖叫，且向你暴露气场此技能有短暂的冷却时间。
完全失控：
出口大门进度会稳定回退。回退时，逃生者会看到灯光随机忽明忽暗。
