太空军校生们，欢迎你们的到来，让我们大胆地迈向太空军训学院吧！
双点太空项目的黄金时代已是很久以前了……那时，火箭点亮新闻头条，宇航员几近驰名——堪比鲜有人知的B级片演员。而如今双点县为羽翼未满的太空军训学院打开了大门，双点需要你踏上银河防御的前线，在星系内展开外交，推动太空产业的发展，为双点县做好迎接外星生命的准备。外星人要到了，赶紧假装在干正事。
我们还在县城轨道中发现了一堆奶酪太空石块。我们需要你建立双点校园首个县外校园，从银河系各个角落招收外星学生，把我们对自身的了解都教给他们。这边的条件可能是差点，不过我们现在可是坐在一座金矿上。
拂去登月靴上的灰尘，将相位器调到欢乐模式，然后让你的学生们摘星……掏钱吧。
