「Feindbold」設計的「Urban Promenades」內含：
60 種混合型住宅區物件
透過新的混合型住宅區建築來探索您所在城市的都會氛圍。這些建築有五個可成長的樓層，底層設有商業空間，頂樓則有令人讚嘆的屋頂露台，透過各種不同地塊大小打造 27 種獨特的建築設計。此套件在都會步道中加入加寬人行道、樹木花架和舒適的座椅區，相當適合您的繁華社區。
5 種服務建築
透過五種城市服務建築增強您的基礎設施，盡可能提升功能性和效率。緊湊卻有擴展空間，每種建築都有兩次升級，以符合您繁華的城市景觀。
