《逃出地牢》是一部小規格、街機式作品，衍生於前作《挺進地牢》，內容則緊密延續前作中闖入地牢的探險者們的征程，不斷向反方向“爬升”，挺過一程又一程愈發危險的電梯和一波又一波難纏的敵人。
地牢已深陷悖論與矛盾，搖搖欲墜！在女神法力祝福加持下，你手中槍支會在你向上逃出地牢途中不斷變換。玩得越好，連擊數越高，你的槍就會變成更強有力的形態。
伴隨著瘋狂的節奏，迎戰頑抗到底、滿腔怒火的子彈怪吧！當然，也別忘了停下腳步，與熟悉的面孔交談幾句……有些可是新面孔哦。本作有不斷切換的房間、敵人、Boss，還有詭異新奇的武器和道具，一切的一切都能確保《逃出地牢》裡每次嘗試都是獨一無二的絕妙體驗。
