建立並管理單車隊的每個層面。贊助商合約對你的年度預算至關重要，且能在賽季期間造成影響。合約長度取決於車隊，而現在可延續數年的時間。可選擇想要管理的車隊，以及想要設定的挑戰。
運用具有賽季性及長遠目標的全新強化系統，在年初向各贊助商報告目標，並在賽季不同的比賽期間贏得他們的信任。現在有更多種類的目標，包括：賽段的獲勝、廣告可見度，以及贏得最有名望的比賽。
比賽目標變得更為逼真。在大型比賽中，小規模的贊助商也有贊助廣告的機會。
每個贊助商不盡相同，各有不同的預期，在招募上也有獨特的區域限制。哥倫比亞的贊助商可能會要求你招募哥倫比亞籍車手。由你自己依據希望的車隊走向，來選擇最合適的贊助商。
就像現實生活中的單車運動總監，你會需要尋覓新的贊助商，以協助打造單車隊。現在可與數個贊助商合作。必須符合每個贊助商的期待，否則將有可能使其不願意與你合作。
