歡迎來到死氣沉沉的莊園，這裡一如既往地詭異寂靜被不死生命的跡象給打斷了。新的居民是無法安息的靈魂，非常熱衷於哀號，還很慷慨地提供靈質。現在這個年代已經沒有人知道要如何優雅地死去了。而微妙之處在哪呢？這些就是未受教育就莽撞行事的危險所在，即便那件事是死亡。
不速之客兼不死之靈作祟，莊園需要你的幫助在後世開啟嶄新的生活。

新校園地點
死氣沉沉的莊園
草皮毫無生氣，表面詭異地濕黏，但所有的問題都出自鬼魂。說那些靈魂是這座莊園的問題所在也不為過。沒錯，我沒說錯。
莊園的最後一代，死氣女士希望能夠在她的後世慢慢補完她的閱讀進度，在院子邊優雅的飄來飄去。事與願違，她的安息經常被無理的靈魂和極糟的餐桌禮儀干擾。
解決超自然的惡鄰問題，學習死亡的意義，並幫助莊園回歸祥和寧靜的氛圍。

超自然偵測
對於鬼是否存在，郡上討論了好多年。還好有科學，這場爭論才能老早就結束：鬼是真實、真正的麻煩喔。雖然你無法除去怨靈的悔恨和不滿，但現在這些都可以裝瓶……跟他們的作法有點像！
校園靈魂
當死人不像大家想的那麼簡單。如果心裡還有未解決的問題，要安息是很難的。比方說「我在哪？」、「我24歲時幹嘛說那件事？」、「烤箱關了嗎？」之類的。好在雙點郡什麼都有教，也教你怎麼死。
其他：
- 驅魔儀式－讓學生舉行驅魔儀式，消除居住在此的不速之靈，為校園清出一片新的區域蓋新建築。
- 作祟－有些鬼怪可能會在特定的房間作祟，導致學生遭受不必要的折磨。派遣可信賴、訓練有素的管理員阻止作祟的鬼魂，並將他們抓起。
- 全新挑戰模式關卡 - 培訓工友，並消弭房間的鬧鬼跡象。這場與亡者的對戰將長達一年時間，在此期間盡可能捉住所有鬼魂吧。
